OUR WORK PROCESS FOR PROPERTY ENLISTING -

STEP – 1: Property visit & inspection by our consultants.

 

STEP – 2: Demand analysis, market survey & price valuation.

 

STEP – 3: Discussion meeting arrangement with Landlords.

 

STEP – 4: Legal documents verification by property Lawyer panel).

 

STEP – 5: Both parties of understanding & agreement signing.  

 

STEP – 06: Advance money paid to Landlords.  ( For Rental or Contract basis)

 

STEP – 07: To assign the marketing team to promote the property.

 

STEP – 08: To assign the Sales team to visit the interested prospects.

 

STEP – 09: To receive the Full payment of property value/rent from the booked client.  

 

STEP – 10: Finally, To arrange a Handover ceremony for property transfer to the present allottee.

STEP – 3: Pre-scheduled Appointment making for Property inspecting or viewing.

 

STEP – 4:  Price fixing, Payment Planning & Final Offer Accepting.

 

STEP – 5: Property Booking Meeting & 5% amount Paying For Booking Confirmation.  (By Money Receipt Of Agency)

 

STEP – 6: Legal Documents Providing to Self-Verifying & Legal Vetting.

 

STEP – 7: Sales Agreement/Permission Signing or Memorandum of Understanding-MOU (By Part Amount Paying to the Agency Bank account not individual) 

 

STEP – 8: Property Registration Completing & Possession Handovering.  (By Agency & Final Payment will be paid to the real landlord's Bank account not the agency) 

 

STEP – 9: Property Cleaning, Polishing & Well-Renovating.

 

STEP – 10: House Shifting By Agency’s Concern Team.

 

STEP – 11: Property Related All Documentation Transferring & Enlisting to Government Records With All Concern Authorities Mutation Completing. (Start to Finish)

STEP – 4:  Monthly Rent fixing & Advance Paying.

 

STEP – 5: Rental Agreement Checking & Signing With The Real Property Owner In the Presence Of the Agency Concern or In Our Office.  (By Money Receipt From The Property Owner)
