Hand over letter from developer + Allotment letter & all others permission letter/ Clearance certificate.
TIN certificate of property seller + NID card copy.
Original Sale Deed, Non objection Certificate & Non Encumbrance Certificate of the Property. or duplicate deed.
One set Photo copy of original certified copy.
Photo copy of Apartment Mutation papers + Duplicate carbon receipt + Up to date Holding Tax payment Receipt.
Area wise Mouza Map.
Building Establishment Letter.
Possession Letter + Sell permission letter.
Bank Clearance + No objection certificate from Building association.
RAJUK Plan approval letter + Layout plan + Break down + Occupancy certificate with forwarding letter & Final Handover letter from RAJUK
Soil test report + Load bearing certificate.
